A$AP Rocky Cradled Rihanna’s Baby Bump Backstage at the Oscars and They Look So Damn Happy

If there's one person who is always gonna be Rihanna's biggest supporter, it's her boyfriend, Rakim Athelaston Mayers (AKA A$AP Rocky), 34. When the 35-year-old singer took to the Oscars stage this past Sunday to perform her Academy Award-nominated song, “Lift Me Up,” A$AP was seen cheering her on from the audience. And better yet, the two got a totally romantic photo backstage.

Soon after the “Diamonds” singer left the stage, she posed for a gorgeous photo with her partner, where he is seen cradling her baby bump and the two are cheesing hard.

The pair are expecting their second child, which Rihanna casually revealed during her Super Bowl halftime performance in February. In 2022, the couple welcomed their first child, a son (whose name has not yet been revealed). Recently, Rihanna has been giving peeks of the adorable toddler on her social media accounts.

Last night, Rihanna was nominated for her first-ever Academy Award, for her Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack cut. Although the prize went to “Naatu Naatu” from RRR, Rihanna still gave a stirring performance of the song, and in one iconic clip, A$AP Rocky was seen cheering and lifting his champagne glass to the singer as she finished her performance.

In addition to these romantic moments, Rihanna also caught everyone's attention with her usual fashion A-game. In a headline-grabbing move, the Barbadian native showed up to the Academy Awards in a t-shirt and no pants, before quickly changing into a stunning black leather dress from Alaïa.

Then, for her live performance of “Lift Me Up,” the singer donned a Maison Margiela Artisanal look created for her by John Galliano.
