Today, Academy Award-winning actress Salma Hayek celebrated her 57th birthday, and she's clearly been having a relaxing time leading up to it, as evidenced by a series of recent posts on her Instagram.
In one post, about a week before her bday, Hayek was seen lounging outside (likely next to a pool) in a black, one-piece swimsuit and towering black platform heels.
“Who likes coffee?” Hayek asked in her caption, which was also rewritten in Spanish. The Dogma actress uploaded a photo that saw her perched on a chair with a coffee mug in her hand. In addition to her black clothing, Hayek was also sporting a tan sun hat with a black ribbon around the center.
Fellow celebs showed their love in the comments, like High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens, who wrote, “I love coffee and I love you.” Meanwhile, Sharon Stone commented, “You are a hot cup of Java lady.”
Only a day later, Hayek posted a slideshow that captured her lying in a hammock while wearing a white, crocheted cover-up.
In her caption, the Puss in Boots voice actress wrote, “Find a place that makes you wander and dream of your safe place. For me it’s under the ocean...it gives me a lot of peace, but it destroys my manicure.”
It's clear that the now-57-year-old loves spending her time in (or by) water. In the past month alone, she's uploaded a number of posts to Instagram that saw her hanging by the pool or beach. Meanwhile, to thank her fans for helping her reach 25 million followers on IG, the Mexico native posted a video of herself dancing in a pool in early July.
We don't know how you swim in those heels, Salma, but we're sure you look fabulous doing it.
