Christmas is mere days away, and we're betting there's someone on your list you haven't shopped for yet. (And if there's no one on your list, perhaps that person is you?) Well, before you reach for a generic, peach-scented candle or a used makeup bag filled with ramen (which actually happened to one of our editors), check out the Parachute robe sale to gift them something they'll actually love.

Right now, all Parachute robes are 20 percent off, and if you order by Dec. 20, it will arrive in time for Christmas. But you may not want to wait that long, because sizes and colorways are disappearing fast.

Parachute offers three main styles: a classic Turkish cotton robe (was $129, now $103) in six colors, available in a wider range of sizes (from extra-small to 3X); a more lightweight waffle robe (also marked down from $129 to $103), available in extra-small through extra-large; and the understated-yet-elegant Cloud robe (was $109, now $87), available in seven colors (in sizes from extra-small to 3X).

Which Robe Is Right for Me...Er, the Person I'm Shopping for?

Given its ultra-plush, 450-grams-per-square-meter Turkish cotton material, the classic Turkish cotton robe is ideal for people who live in colder areas—or those who enjoy cozying up with a good book on a lazy afternoon.

If the person you're shopping for is more of a hop-out-of-the-shower robe wearer, go for the waffle robe. It's inspired by the robes used in the world's top spas, according to the brand, and at 230 grams per square meter, there's still some heft to it, but the robe will never feel heavy.

But our favorite overall—the one we'd recommend to anyone—is the...*drumroll, please*

We can say firsthand that after two years of use—and enduring the spit-up, finger paint and other messes that come along with parenthood—this robe still looks brand new (blessed be, it's machine-washable!). It, too, is made of Turkish cotton, woven into a four-ply gauze. This allows it to be moisture-wicking and cozy while being breathable, so you don't overheat 20 minutes into lounging.

So yes, even at its sale price of $87, it may be a splurge, but it holds up better than any of the discount robes we've found at big box stores. And isn't gift-giving all about treating someone to something they wouldn't normally spring for themselves?
