Mariah Carey Traded in the Red & Green for Barbie Pink as She Matched with Daughter Monroe

Christmas may be over, but Mariah Carey is ready to hold our attention for the entire winter season. The “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer traded in her red-and-green for a new, brighter color, and it seems she's just as excited for Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie as we are.

The 53-year-old songstress took to Instagram last week to share the eye-popping matching outfits that she and her daughter, Monroe Cannon, 11, wore while hitting the ski slopes. “Matching ensems on the slopes!” Carey wrote in her caption.

In the slideshow, Carey and her tween each sported a hot pink puffy jacket from Moncler Grenoble (which you can get here for $1,591). However, if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, try these similar looks from REVOLVE ($99) and ASOS ($72).

Also featured in the slideshow was Carey's other child (and Monroe's twin brother), Moroccan, who donned a black puffer jacket and red pants.

Fellow celebs showed their love for the photos in the comments, like Jonathan Van Ness, who said they were “So cuteeee.” Meanwhile, performer Kalen Allen had a comical addition to the comments section, writing, “Girl you better get out of there. It’s gay ski week in Aspen. They gon do you like they did Jennifer in White Lotus!”

The “We Belong Together” crooner has really been embracing the Barbiecore trend and we're all here for it. Who could forget that showstopping pink gown she wore this past November for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade?

Maybe Mariah's trying to tell us she'll be making a cameo in Barbie? Either way, let's hope she keeps these hot pink looks coming.
