Bridgerton is officially back on our screens for its fourth season, and with it comes the return of Penelope (aka Lady Whistledown herself), Queen Charlotte and, of course, the entire Bridgerton brood in all their Regencycore glory—including everyone's favorite middle child, Eloise.

A rebel, a feminist, a flouter of tradition, Eloise prides herself on rejecting the social norms of her time period—even when it comes to fashion. While she may step out in florals and pastels similar to those of her peers, Eloise puts her own distinctive twist on her well-to-do wardrobe, namely by way of a statement neckline.

From bold bows and ruffled collars to scarves that nod to more masculine ascots, she can usually be counted on to play up her neck rather than show off her décolletage. After all, this is a young woman who is less interested in attracting a partner than she is in having her voice heard—hence the ever-present emphasis on her throat. (Welcome to style psychology 101.)

And though she may bristle at the thought, it appears Eloise has become the ultimate trendsetter in 2026.

Romantic ruffles and Victorian collars have been on the rise since the fall, and if the spring/summer 2026 collections are any indication, flouncy bow details (like the ones frequently displayed by Eloise) will be joining their ranks in a big way. Am I saying that Anthony Vaccarello and Jonathan Anderson dreamt up their respective bow-tie designs for Saint Laurent and Dior after binge-watching the Netflix show? Well, there's a non-zero possibility. But whatever the case, there's no denying it: Eloise Bridgerton did it first.

But you can do it, too, with these Eloise-inspired (and very trendy) statement-neck styles below.

Between the pastel blue hue, vintage-looking jacquard fabric and voluminous necktie, this blouse couldn't be more Eloise. The gold accents on the cuffs are the perfect Bridgerton-worthy finishing touch.

This 100 percent cotton button-up strikes the ideal balance of masculine and feminine with its structured collar, menswear-inspired bow-ties and glitzy pearl details.

Bring on the ruffles! This airy, lyocell-blend blouse boasts flourishes galore, including at the ruffled collar that's tied with a string.

I'm loving the lace cuffs and covered buttons that take this tie-neck top from "ready for the office" to "ready for an audience with the queen."

allsaints ruffled cape

Our girl loves a sheer layering piece, so this flouncy cape, complete with a high, tied collar, would be right up her alley—as she sneaks around one to attend her next political meeting.

This flowy chiffon blouse gets a statement-making upgrade with its ruffle neckline and velvet ribbon bow. Romantic, yet scholarly.

Eloise style with some '60s flair? This tweed mini is the best of both worlds, and the 3D rosette detail on the bow feels straight out of the show.

You can give any outfit an Eloise-approved touch (and draw attention to your neck) simply by accessorizing with this Regencycore pearl choker embellished with a bow.
