It’s only been three months since Netflix’s drama The Hunting Wives dropped and fans (myself included) are already dying to know what’s going on with season two. Thankfully, Malin Akerman—one of the stars of the buzzy series—just gave us a sneak peek. Spoiler: if you thought season one was wild, buckle up.

Malin, 47, hit up The One Party by Uber in Austin, Texas to celebrate F1 Grand Prix weekend on Saturday, October 18—and yes, she spilled the tea on what’s in the works for season two. While there isn’t a full script yet, she did say she’s already seen the outline for the first few episodes.

"I did go into the writers room and get some of the DL on everything and outlines of the first four episodes…" Malin began. "I was like, 'Guys, I don't know how you're gonna top what is going on,' and then they dished some of the stuff we have in second season."

And the vibe so far? Malin summed it up in one word: “Amazing!”

Fashion-wise, Malin looked just as good as the scoop she shared—rocking a western-patterned black Reformation top, an Isabel Marant skirt and boots for the the Uber One Party series, which gives members VIP access to some of the coolest experiences around like the Super Bowl.

In case you missed it, The Hunting Wives is based on May Cobb’s bestselling novel and follows a woman who moves from Boston to small-town Texas. There, she befriends a glamorous local socialite and the whole thing spirals into obsession, seduction, and murder.

Along with Malin, the cast of The Hunting Wives includes Brittany Snow, Evan Jonigkeit, Katie Lowes, George Ferrier, Dermot Mulroney, Jaime Ray Newman and Chrissy Metz. The show hit Netflix in July and was renewed for season two in September.

While there’s no premiere date just yet, Malin did share what she’s watching in the meantime.

“I love Slow Horses and Task with Mark Ruffalo and Tom Pelphrey,” she said. “I love Tom Pelphrey. I can watch him on anything.”
