Forget Agatha: Kathryn Hahn Dishes on Her Major New Apple TV+ Role

Now that Kathryn Hahn has WandaVision under her superhero belt, the 47-year-old actress is switching gears for an upcoming podcast adaptation.

Hahn recently sat down for an exclusive interview with PureWow, where she shared details about her all-new Apple TV+ series, The Shrink Next Door. She confirmed that fans of the namesake Wondery podcast will be extremely pleased with what’s to come.

“I think as someone who has listened to the podcast, you are going be very satisfied,” she told PureWow. “You’re going to be very, very satisfied.”

The Shrink Next Door tells the real-life story of Isaac Herschkopf, a psychiatrist who abused his professional relationships by exploiting patients for personal gain. Hahn (who plays Phyllis Markowitz) confirmed that the Apple TV+ series will offer an unbiased glimpse into what really happened. “It’s really good. It’s juicy. And it’s complicated,” she added. “It definitely does not choose sides.”

Hahn is also currently promoting her partnership with 9 Elements, which is a brand-new natural cleaning line from P&G. “I love this company so much. It was started by two women scientists,” she said. “It takes the cleaning power of vinegar and supercharges it with just nine ingredients—which are mostly plant-based—and it cuts through all of the like hardest stuff to clean and smells absolutely delicious.”
