Ladies and gentlemen, we are pleased to introduce you to this year’s how-to edition of—drumroll, please—the Grammys live stream. We put together a foolproof guide that contains every detail you need to know about when and where to watch the upcoming awards show.

The 2024 Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 4, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and it will be hosted by The Daily Show's Trevor Noah. We already know who's in the running, so we have a pretty good idea about who will (and who won’t) take the stage.

Keep scrolling for details on how to watch the 2024 Grammys live stream.

1. Grammys Live Stream

The 2024 Grammy Awards will be exclusively broadcast on CBS. The ceremony will also be available on Paramount+, but there’s a small catch. Only subscribers with Paramount+ with Showtime will be able to stream the awards show live. Those with the Paramount+ Essential plan will be able to watch the Grammy Awards the day after the ceremony.

If you don’t have cable, you’ll need to access the Grammys live stream by signing up for a subscription service. Streaming options include: fuboTVHulu + Live TVYouTube TV and Sling TV. Not only do they each offer a free trial (don’t forget to cancel before it expires!), but they also give you access to all the primetime networks, including live TV.

Interested in trying a streaming service? All you need to do is select the “Free Trial” option when choosing a subscription plan during the registration process. Be sure to make note of the fine print if you plan on cancelling before it ends.

2. How to Watch the Grammys Red Carpet?

CBS doesn’t have exclusivity over red carpet coverage—in fact, the network doesn’t have any pre-show on its schedule. The good news is that other networks can do their own broadcasts. For example, E! Countdown to the Red Carpet will likely begin at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT, followed by E! Live from the Red Carpet at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT.

3. Who Is Hosting the 2024 Grammys?

As we previously mentioned, Trevor Noah will host the 2024 Grammy Awards for his fourth consecutive year. He’s also nominated for Best Comedy Album for his Netflix special, I Wish You Would.

“I’m hosting the Grammys,” he announced in an Instagram video back in December 2023. “I’m excited about that. Yeah, it’s a lot of fun.”

4. Who Has Been Nominated for the 2024 Grammys?

SZA leads the nominations with a total of nine nods, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best R&B Performance. She’s followed by Victoria Monét and Phoebe Bridgers, who have the second-most nominations (seven). There’s a seven-way tie for the third-most nominations (six) between Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, Brandy Clark, Jon Batiste and Jack Antonoff.

On X (formerly Twitter), SZA explained why she didn’t publicize her excitement about her nine Grammy nominations. “’Cause I’m overwhelmed by it, and it gives me [a lot of] anxiety to think of words… but I’m very grateful and very shook, and I wish my granny was here to come [with] me again,” she wrote.

5. Who Is Performing at the Grammys This Year?

The Recording Academy previously announced that Billie Eilish, Burna Boy, Dua Lipa, Luke Combs, Olivia Rodrigo and Travis Scott will perform at the 2024 Grammy Awards. The Academy most recently added Billy Joel to the list of performers.

If that sounds like a night you don’t want to miss, be sure to get your streaming services in order before the show airs on February 4.
