How Does ‘Bachelor’ Contestant Madison Prewett Get Her Lengthy Lashes? $10 Maybelline Mascara
ABC

Relationships don’t always endure time (or the real world) in Bachelor Nation. And regardless of who Peter Weber ends up with in this season of The Bachelor, there’s one thing we can count on to last long and carry on: contestant Madison Prewett’s lashes.

The 23-year-old foster care recruiter’s lashes have been a topic of conversation since she first appeared at the mansion—and for good reason. They’re, like, really, really long. Surprisingly, Prewett doesn’t owe her eyelashes to a special serum or lash extensions. Actually, her secret weapon is hiding out in your local drugstore.

According to Big Blonde Hair, Prewett uses the affordable and (clearly) effective Maybelline New York Lash Stiletto Ultimate Length Waterproof Mascara in Very Black ($10). Remember that one time Prewett did her makeup on camera before her one-on-one date in Costa Rica? Well, Big Blonde Hair scoured the internet to find out what that split-second reveal of her mascara tube said. Bravo.

A description of the Maybelline’s Lash Stilletto claims it’s “the only mascara that does for lashes what stilettos do for legs,” which seems pretty spot on judging from Prewett’s peepers. The wand features an extended brush that grasps each lash and coats it in the waterproof formula. There’s also elastic in this Maybelline mascara so it stretches lashes long and smoothes the hair follicle, leaving behind a shiny finish. It also includes pro-vitamin B-5 to condition, which is a nice bonus. And since Prewett has done a small amount of crying on-camera, we know the mascara is really, truly waterproof.

Our only question (other than if she wins): How many coats does she apply?
