If you've been not-so-patiently waiting for a new Samsung Galaxy launch, you're not the only one. I—a self-certified Samsung girlie—have also been dying for a new upgrade. Well guys, it's here. Enter: the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (from $1,300; $400), the brand's latest and greatest smartphone that's guaranteed to impress with its upgraded camera and an AI companion that's just as good—if not better—than an actual personal assistant. But, of course, that's only the tip of the tech iceberg. I was able to take the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for a test drive before its official drop, so allow me to explain all the reasons why you'll want to pre-order it now—especially while you can save up to $900 with a trade-in *and* score up to $240 off a storage upgrade.

As the saying goes, the bigger, the better. And in this case, we're talking about the Galaxy S25 Ultra's rectangular screen size, which clocks in at 6.9 inches. To put that into perspective, it's nearly the size of my head. But a bigger screen can come in handy for all sorts of things, from streaming and gaming to taking pictures and working on the go, which leads me to the differences between this latest model and its predecessor (aka the Samsung S24 Ultra, which launched in Jan. 2024).
