When traveling, one of the worst things you can hear at the airport is "We lost your luggage." Those dreaded words send you right into a spiral of stress when you should be in vacation mode. But if you're hoping to avoid the situation in the future, or at least minimize the frustration that comes with it, I *highly* suggest you jump on the Apple AirTag sale happening now through tonight for Amazon Prime Day. Not only do travelers swear by the compact trackers when an airline has no idea where their suitcase is, but I can confirm that they're also a game-changer when you can't find your keys, wallet or even your pets. For Prime Day 2024, you can snag an Apple AirTag four-pack, for just $75, marked down from $99.

Here's how the Apple AirTags work: All you have to do is stick one of the sleek trackers in your luggage, purse, backpack, etc., and a U1 chip with ultra-wide band and Bluetooth technology will help lead you to its last location in the Find My app (available on iPhones). As long as the device is within range of *any* iPhone, you'll have peace of mind knowing exactly where it is. Which, of course, is why TikToks of the device have garnered more than 600 million views. Because who wouldn't want to see this video of someone being reunited with their precious cargo after it was lost?

PureWow editors are stocking up on the Apple AirTags while they're on sale, and so should you if you want to avoid the possibility of your luggage being lost in transit this travel season. Or perhaps you're tired of your partner losing their keys like Rachel Bowie, PureWow's senior director of special projects and royals, says she is. "If I have to help my spouse find his keys one more time, I will lose it! [These AirTags are] at the top of my list for that reason alone," she shares.

And when you (or your partner) have misplaced something around the house, not only does the device beep (so you can hear where it is), the app will also point you right towards it. In that case, it wouldn't be a bad idea to snag a pack for your forgetful parents, too—trust me, they'll appreciate it.

Apple

This set includes four of the handy trackers, so you can stop freaking out when your fur baby is hiding under the couch *and* keep track of your suitcase, purse and keys all at once. It's a steal at just $75, and most definitely worth it to keep your eye on those pricier (or priceless) things you hold dear.
