Zooey Deschanel & Jonathan Scott Make Their Relationship Instagram Official While on Double Date

In the pic, Deschanel looks jokingly terrified by all of the creepy creatures wielding chain saws around her while Scott holds her in his arms. She fittingly captioned the photo, “Still processing how scared I was of these people dressed in spooky masks.”

Once his new love posted their date night pic, Scott commented, “Wait…you didn’t post the pic of you holding me up!” to which Deschanel responded, “Shhhh…I don’t want people to know how strong I am.”

Following their banter, Scott posted a similar photo from their night out. He wrote that he had “so much fun” on the date and made sure to mention, “that high pitched scream totally wasn’t me…Also happy to report…nobody got punched!” That sounds like a successful evening of Halloween haunts and romance. 

The New Girl actress and Scott’s romance only became public last month, after they met while filming Apple TV’s Carpool Karaoke, but things seem to be progressing nicely.

After all, a couple that gets terrorized by costumed monsters together, stays together.
