Mom (or dad) strength is a thing. (Seriously, who knew that carrying toddlers—*not* lifting weights—is the secret to extra buff arms?) Still, for the life of us, we can't seem to summon the thumb power required to unbuckle our kid from their car seat.
Leave it to a brilliant mother-daughter duo to come up with a solution.
It's called the UnbuckleMe and, basically, it's a bare-bones—but colorful—plastic lever that applies pressure to the car seat buckle so you don't have to. (Seriously, tests have shown that it reduces parental effort by 50 percent. YESSSSS.)
To use it, simply slide the UnbuckleMe around the buckle, center the peg and pinch the ends of the lever together. The car seat straps will eject and you don't have to break a sweat just to free your kid.
