Taylor Swift Goes Viral for Being the Biggest Fangirl at the 2023 VMAs

Taylor Swift living her best fangirl life has become one of our fave things ever.

Last night during the 2023 MTV VMAs, multiple videos of the “Cruel Summer” singer, 33, went viral on X (formerly known as Twitter) of her jamming out and dancing in the audience. 

In one video posted by E! News (which has over 8M views), Swift completely loses it when one of the biggest boy bands of the ‘90s, NSYNC, comes out to present the award for the Best Pop Video category. 

And that’s not even the best part. Swift walks onstage to accept the award after winning the trophy for her music video, “Anti-Hero,” and before she can give her acceptance speech, one member of the former pop group hands her the ultimate present: a friendship bracelet. 

Another clip (shared by Pop Crave) shows the Grammy Award winner singing her heart out to Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry.” We love seeing queens support each other.

A video posted by @statsofminaj shows Swift being a total Barb (aka Nicki Minaj fan) as she dances and sings along during Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne’s performance onstage.

Lastly, @PopBase posted a clip of the “Cardigan” singer cheering on her dear friend, Selena Gomez, when she walks onstage to accept the Best Afrobeats award alongside Nigerian singer and rapper, Rema, for their collaboration on the song “Calm Down.”

Later that evening, Swift took home the award for Video of the Year. While onstage, she thanked her fans for all their support. “This is unbelievable. I just want to say that the fact that this is a fan-voted award means so much to me,” she said.
