Last year, Taylor Swift served vintage glam in a floor-length Schiaparelli with a thigh-high slit, black opera gloves and her go-to bold lip. This year, at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, the 14-time Grammy winner strode onto the red carpet in a striking head-to-toe red Vivienne Westwood dress. But it was the "T" charm garter that absolutely stole the show, and left me with one major theory.
Taylor Swift's 2025 Grammys Red Carpet Look Stole the Show and Has a Not-So Secret Message
I don't think the "T" stands for Taylor...

The The Tortured Poets Department singer's shimmering draped mini by Vivienne Westwood was paired with strappy red heels, a red mani/pedi, red lip (of course), red earrings, and most eye-catchingly, a dazzling red "T" charm, seductively grazing her thigh.

Known for styling herself with aesthetic nods to her work—the leg jewelry is taking me directly to "guilty as sin" lyrics from the nominated album:
"What if he's written 'mine' on my upper thigh?"
So what's the not-so-secret message of this thigh-high "T" charm? I can only guess it has something to do with her very public boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce, and next week's upcoming Super Bowl between the Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs' color? Red, baby. Thought Swift has been subtle in the past, the "T" charm has Travis all over it, and she wants everyone to know.
At this year's Grammys, Swift is nominated across six award categories for The Tortured Poets Department, including the prestigious Album of the Year, which she's already taken home four times. If she wins again, the Eras superstar would break her own record. Tonight is basically her Super Bowl. Game on.
