Sophie Turner had the best response to her husband, Joe Jonas, after he accidentally referred to something as the “best day ever.” (And no, he wasn’t talking about the couple’s nuptials.)
It all started yesterday when the “Sucker” singer, 30, posted a photo with his two brothers—Nick and Kevin—in honor of the Jonas Brothers’ new partnership with Coors Light.
Jonas nonchalantly captioned the post, “Best. Day. Ever.”
The problem? His wife, 23, wasn’t thrilled about the caption, since they recently had not one, but two weddings, both of which would undoubtedly qualify as the “best day ever.” So, Turner commented on the post, writing, “Really? The BEST day EVER?! Interesting……”
Realizing his mistake, Jonas tried to backtrack and responded, “True. This is the 2nd best day ever.” Nice try.
Back in May, Jonas and Turner shocked fans with a surprise Vegas elopement. Not only did they tie the knot in front of an Elvis Presley impersonator, but they also used Ring Pops as wedding rings.
One month later, the couple held a second ceremony in France, where they exchanged vows in front of close friends and family. Turner’s Game of Thrones co-star Maisie Williams even served as one of two bridesmaids during the nuptials.
On the bright side, it appears Jonas is adjusting A-OK to married life. (All thanks to Turner’s coaching, of course.)
