Sofía Vergara Posted This Swimsuit Modeling Photo from the ’90s (& She Hasn't Changed One Bit)

Sofía Vergara's Instagram is full of iconic throwbacks, whether it's Pepsi commercials she filmed when she was 17 or modeling shoots from way before her Modern Family days.

And now, she's shared another spectacular throwback, this time on a giant red high heel. In the caption Vergara writes, “I forgot to post this #tbt yesterday but I also forgot where was this, for what was this or why I was doing this!!!!???? For sure it was the 90s Miami.”

In the photo, Vergara rocks a cherry red, two-piece swimsuit that matches the leather, shoe-shaped chair where she poses (and does a toe point that would make any ballet dancer proud). But the wildest part of the pic is that the America's Got Talent judge looks exactly the same 20 years ago as she does now.

While the pic stopped us in our stiletto tracks, we shouldn't be surprised at this point. Vergara started modeling when she was a teenager, after a photographer discovered her on a Columbian beach. Before she moved to the U.S. and started doing high-profile campaigns for companies like Miller Lite, she worked a variety of modeling gigs and even hosting positions for Latin American game shows. So, she's got plenty of old material to dig up.

Many commenters took note of the fact that Vergara has not changed one bit over the years. Fellow model Heidi Klum commented, “You look the same,” with a heart-eye emoji. Another user said, “90’s for sure! Beautiful as always.” Of course, that chair caught some people's attention as well, and one person asked, "Was it comfortable or no??"

Let's hope Sofía Vergara doesn't miss any Throwback Thursdays in the future, because we are living for these photos (and waiting to hear Vergara's skincare routine).
