Simone Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens, just unveiled their second wedding bands for their big day, and all we can think is—whoooooa, mama!
In a new video posted on Biles’s Instagram Story, the newlyweds are trying on their second wedding bands during a recent visit to the ZoFrost & Co. Custom Jewelry, which is located in Houston, Texas.
The IG reel (initially shared by the jewelry store owner) shows Biles giddy with excitement as she stares at her gorgeous wedding ring. Owens, who is just as thrilled, admires the wedding band in his hand. In one section of the video, fans had a chance to see a close-up of the rings separately, and upon first glance, they both look absolutely stunning.
In the caption of the video, the owner wrote, “Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Owens!! Thank you guys for letting @zofrostandco be part of your big day! @simonebiles @jowens.”
Biles’s and Owens’s supporters flooded the comments section with congratulatory comments, with one person writing, “So happy for you,” alongside a red heart and clapping emoji. Another admirer said, “Beautiful Mr/Mrs!”
During a Q&A session on her Instagram Story, Biles confessed to her followers that she and her husband bought their first wedding bands on Amazon. The affordable rings were purchased for their private wedding ceremony, which happened last weekend.
On her IG Story, Biles revealed: “We are saving our actual wedding bands for the big day.”
