Shania Twain Is Getting a New Vegas Residency, and That Does Impress Us Much

Man! We feel like a woman...who's just heard some incredible news about Shania Twain.

The five-time Grammy-winning artist, whose first Las Vegas residency started seven years ago and ended in 2014, is heading back to Sin City for another go.

On Monday, Twain announced she'd be returning to Vegas for a residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino starting on December 6, 2019. The "Let's Go!" residency will include 23 performances, and tickets will go on sale this Friday, June 21, on Ticketmaster. Prices will start at $60 per ticket and the show is expected to run through 2020.

"I know! What are these people (doing) jumping on my bandwagon?" a smiling Twain said via the Associated Press, referring to Lady Gaga, Gwen Stefani, Drake and even Cardi B (for a short-term residency) taking up stints in Vegas. "Everybody knows that Vegas is awesome and it's only getting better."

"This show is gonna be very sexy fashions [and a] party vibe," Twain told Entertainment Tonight about the upcoming residency.

Twain, dubbed the "Queen of Country Pop," is one of the best-selling artists of all time. In 2004, it was revealed the "You're Still the One" singer had contracted Lyme disease. After a seven-year hiatus, Twain released a new single, went on tour and wrote an autobiography called From This Moment On. And now, she's back on the residency grind.

In the words of Shania: Let's go, girls!
