Serena Williams just revealed that she’s adding to her already impressive home gym setup.
This week, the 40-year-old athlete shared a rare glimpse inside her house on social media. Williams posted a video on her Instagram Story, where she gave an unofficial tour of her at-home gym, which even has toys equipment for her 4-year-old daughter, Olympia.
In the video, Williams pans the camera across the gym, which has floor-to-ceiling mirrors on one side and storage on the other. The room is packed with fitness equipment, including a bench press and a rack of dumbbells. Oh, and how could we forget about Olympia’s setup, which features a toy treadmill, a stationary bike and a Stairmaster?
“All right, kids. I’m in my gym,” Williams says in the clip. “I’m working on my gym. I might do that today. I’m trying to get some new equipment, my little baby has got some equipment—she has an elliptical, and then the Stairmaster or treadmill and the Chisel bike.” As Hello! magazine points out, the bike is available on Amazon for $104.
She adds, “I’m tired, but I just ate tacos, and I need to work off those tacos and margarita.”
Leave it to Williams to make gym memberships seem mundane.
