  • In honor of Easter, Kate Middleton and Prince William shared a photo of the exterior of their Kensington Palace home surrounded by lush grass and daffodils on Sunday. “Wishing you all a safe and happy Easter #StayHomeSaveLives,” they captioned the post.
  • Queen Elizabeth named Prince William as Patron of the National Emergencies Trust (NET), an organization that works with charities to raise and distribute money and support victims at the time of a domestic disaster. Kensington Palace announced the big news on Sunday in a post on Twitter.
  • In a recent interview with the Daily Mail’s Weekend Magazine, Dr. Jane Goodall spoke about a meeting she had with Prince Harry back in 2019 and revealed that he was already mulling over a possible royal exit. And in a separate interview, Dr. Goodall stated that Harry is currently finding his new life “a bit challenging.”
  • Over the weekend, people across the world shared photos of themselves with their brothers and sisters for National Sibling Day, including Queen Elizabeth’s daughter-in-law, Sarah Ferguson. In a slideshow on Instagram, Fergie included a throwback photo of herself and her sister Jane from Princess Eugenie’s wedding reception.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a statement on their Royal Foundation’s website, which included a loose plan for the next few weeks as well as a promise that the organization would help the battle against coronavirus in whichever ways it can.

On Wednesday, Princess Anne also showed her support for Canada and their medical personnel by sharing a personal statement, thanking them for all they are doing during the current coronavirus pandemic.

  • Prince Harry teamed up with WellChild, an organization for which he is a patron, to talk with parents who are currently caring for seriously ill children. The organization shared the entire video call on their official YouTube account. During their conversation, Harry revealed that while he doesn’t enjoy being confined to his house, he’s looking for the silver lining.
  • A thank you note written by Princess Diana after Prince William’s seventh birthday is currently being auctioned off by William George & Co. in the U.K. to the tune of $9,388. The letter is dated June 21, 1989 and addressed to Sergeant George Plumb of Scotland Yard’s elite Close Protection Group. In it, Diana writes at length about his participation in the royal birthday party she threw.
  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry donated more than $112,000 to Feeding Britain, a U.K. charity that recently launched an emergency food program due to the coronavirus pandemic. The money was a result of the couple’s royal wedding livestream, which was broadcast to around 1.9 billion viewers. NBD.
  • Princess Beatrice has officially canceled her wedding with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, which was supposed to take place on May 29, according to People magazine.
