Free snacks and 401(k)s are great and all, but the royal family is way ahead of the work perks curve.
In addition to close proximity to Queen Elizabeth, a pension, housing and 25 vacation days (plus more after three years), the royal family offers complimentary lunch (!) to all employees. That’s right, staff members get to dine on meals made by some of the most accomplished chefs in the word on the daily for free. And since the queen is pretty specific about what can and can’t be consumed in royal homes, these lunches are sure to be better than plain ol’ bologna sandwiches.
