Reese Witherspoon and Lookalike Daughter Ava Phillippe Are Twinning in Bathrobes on IG

Leave it to Legally Blonde Reese Witherspoon and her daughter, Ava Elizabeth Phillippe, to make us do a double take with a social media selfie.

In a new Instagram post, the Big Little Lies alum, 47, shared an array of photos of her and her daughter taken during their recent appearance at Oceana's 16th Annual SeaChange Summer Party over the weekend.

The first photo featured in the slideshow shows Ava looking like her mom’s mini-me as they’re getting ready for the event in their matching white bathrobes.

Then in the third photo, the mother-daughter duo look like each other’s doppelgänger in their coordinating sleeveless ensembles. In the caption, Witherspoon wrote, “Perfect Summer night with my girl @avaphillippe. Learning all about @oceana incredible conservation work #BiossancePartner.”

Witherspoon’s IG followers couldn’t get over their striking resemblance in the comments section.  For example, one person wrote, “Literally twins.” Another chimed in and said, “Twinning.”

There have been many times the Sweet Home Alabama star has shared a snap of her and her lookalike daughter on Instagram. Back in August 2022, Witherspoon posted a slideshow filled with photos taken on the day of a dinner date. In the pics, the mother and daughter look a lot alike while sitting down to have a meal together.

“Love my dinner date,” the actress captioned the Instagram post.
