According to the women of the royal family, statement boots are in this season.

On November 28, Princess Beatrice, 35, had a jolly evening with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 40, when the pair attended a Christmas carol concert, which took place at St James’ Church in Piccadilly (per Hello! Magazine). Later that night, the couple also made an appearance at the Sabina Bilenko Couture Christmas party at The Twenty Two in London.

In a photo snapped on the street, Beatrice looked quite cozy in a grey tartan Temperley coat, which is currently out of stock (shop more of their collection here). But it was her fierce footwear that really stole the show.

As shown above, the princess made a bold fashion statement when she stepped out with suede boots, which is a style choice we’ve noticed quite a bit amongst the royal women as of late.

On November 24, Kate Middleton, 41, traveled to Barnet to visit Sebby’s Corner, a baby bank located in the U.K. which provides supplies to families in need. Along with her monochrome outfit, the Princess of Wales donned her go-to Gianvito Rossi boots, which are (sadly) no longer available online. However, you can still snag the similar Gianvito Rossi Glen Boots in the color brown ($1,750).

If you’re looking to recreate Princess Catherine’s suede boot look on a budget, we’ve found a couple of affordable options that won’t break the bank: Ralph Lauren’s Women’s Artizan II Mid-Shaft Boots at Macy’s ($157) and Charles David Women’s Brilliant Suede High Heel Boots at Bloomingdales ($179).

Even Queen Camilla traded in her signature Sole Bliss pumps for a pair of statement boots recently. On November 23, the royal, 76, hosted a reception dinner for the Booker Prize Foundation at Clarence House.

At the event, Camilla changed up her style (once again!) and wore black suede boots with her blue cobalt Fiona Clare coat dress.
