These brand-new photos prove that Prince William and Kate Middleton aren’t afraid to show the world how they feel about each other.
PureWow recently spoke to body language expert Darren Stanton (on behalf of Betfair Casino), who analyzed pictures of the couple’s appearance at the 2022 Royal Charity Polo Cup yesterday.
Although they broke royal protocol by showing PDA, he explained that their affection is reminiscent of “two teenagers in love.”
“While attending the polo, we saw a different side to Prince William and Kate Middleton as they were far more tactile than they usually allow themselves to be,” he told PureWow. “What was most significant about the pictures of them at the event is how their intimate body language was able to denote what is going on in their relationship and how they feel about each other after ten years of marriage.”
Stanton continued, “There were numerous displays of public affection, which suggests that the couple clearly have no hesitation or reservation in letting the world know exactly how they feel about one another—when they deem it appropriate to do so.”
The body language expert confirmed that Prince William welcomed Middleton’s support throughout the polo match. “You could see the delight on Prince William’s face as he engaged in his love of polo, and Kate Middleton was more than happy to cheer him on, stepping out in a purely supportive role at the event,” he said. “It’s clear from their intimate display that they are completely genuine with one another and the way they feel about each other.”
Stanton added, “While Kate Middleton and Prince William know when to hold back on public displays of affection where deemed less appropriate, it’s times like these when they do allow themselves to let go that we see they are still very much besotted by each other.”
