If you’ve been on the internet at all in the past 24 hours, you’ve probably seen some headlines about Prince Harry’s possible new look. And while nothing has been confirmed by the Duke of Sussex himself, we really need some answers.
ICYMI: Actor Rob Lowe (who also happens to be Harry’s neighbor) recently paid a visit to The Late Late Show With James Corden and revealed to the TV show host that while on his way to the set, he spotted his new royal neighbor driving in their Montecito neighborhood.
“I just ran into your countryman, the English treasure, Prince Harry, at the stoplight 10 minutes ago,” Lowe said. “He lives about a mile from me. He's been very reclusive. Seeing him in the neighborhood is like seeing the Loch Ness Monster, and I finally saw him. I finally saw him driving his car.”
In addition to the rare spotting, the Parks and Rec star also opened up about the 35-year-old ex-royal’s possible new hairstyle.
“It was very, very quick—don't totally quote me on it—but it looked like he's wearing a ponytail,” he continued. “I'm just saying. It looked to me as a casual observer that his hair had grown very long and was pulled back very tightly by what I can only assume was a ponytail.”
Corden was quite skeptical about the revelation (as were we) and suggested to Lowe that perhaps it wasn’t Prince Harry at all. However, Lowe responded with certainty that it was. “Oh no, it was him because I have to say—I followed him to the house to see if the car went in,” Lowe admitted.
While we’re not totally writing this off just yet, we’re going to need to see some photographic proof.
