Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Just Shared a Never-Before-Seen Photo of Baby Archie

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are celebrating Prince Charles’ 71st birthday with a never-before-seen photo of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

Earlier today, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex posted a brand-new photo on their joint Instagram account (@sussexroyal).

The pic was taken by Prince Harry and Markle’s wedding photographer, Chris Allerton, during baby Archie’s christening back in July 2019. It features Prince Harry proudly holding his son, while Prince Charles admires his new grandchild.

The caption read, “Happy birthday to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales—Sir, Pa, Grandpa!” The couple even added a cake emoji.

Prince Harry and Markle weren’t the only members of the royal family to wish Prince Charles a happy birthday. Prince William and Kate Middleton also paid tribute to the future king by sharing a slideshow of photos on the @kensingtonroyal Instagram account.

The opening shot features Prince Charles greeting the royal couple’s youngest child, Prince Louis (1). The photo was taken last year during an official portrait session for the royal grandfather’s 70th birthday.

The caption read, “Wishing a very happy birthday to The Prince of Wales!”

In addition to Archie and Prince Louis, Prince Charles is also a grandparent to Prince George (6) and Princess Charlotte (4).

Wishing Prince Charles a very happy birthday, filled with cake, presents and grandchildren smooches.
