Naomi Watts Shares Never-Before-Seen Pics of Costar Tom Holland After Their Movie Hits #1 on Netflix

Naomi Watts is reacting to one of her movies’ recent success on Netflix. And she’s doing so by sharing a slideshow of behind-the-scenes pics from the film.

ICYMI: The Impossible—which stars Watts—was recently added to the streaming service where it dethroned Operation Christmas Drop as the number one flick on Netflix’s list of most watched movies. The 2012 film tells the horrific story of an English family (including three young children), who are vacationing in Khao Lak, Thailand, during the holidays. The problem? The movie takes place in December 2004, just days before a massive tsunami inundated the small village.

Apparently, the 52-year-old actress got wind of the film’s recent popularity and shared her excitement on Instagram with a handful of never-before-seen throwback photos of herself and the cast. A few snaps even featured her co-stars Ewan McGregor and Tom Holland.

“Heard The Impossible is #1 on @netflix !! Wowza!!” she captioned the post. “Here’s a few #tb pics. This was one of my all time favorite filming experiences. Being in Thailand with such wonderful people (some here) and telling the incredible story of María Belón and her family, who miraculously survived the tsunami in 2004.”

The movie’s director JA Bayona even left a note in the comments section writing, “So lucky to have you! So proud of this movie.”

In addition to Watts, McGregor and Holland, the movie also stars Samuel Joslin (Thomas), Oaklee Pendergast (Simon), Marta Etura (Simone), Sönke Möhring (Karl), Geraldine Chaplin (the Old Woman) and Johan Sundberg (Daniel).

Looks like we know what we’re watching tonight (for the third time).
