You probably know Martin Henderson for his swoonworthy role on Virgin River, but the 48-year-old Australian actor apparently enjoys some sporty hobbies in his free time.

In a new video that the star uploaded to Instagram, he is seen riding a One Wheel down the street and looking quite balanced as he does so (we would venture that he always got great scores while doing the balance test on Wii Fit).

“Haven’t been on a @onewheel for a few years,” Henderson wrote in his caption. “Now I remember why I want one so bad. Such a great feeling - like snowboarding down the street.”

Henderson looked effortlessly chill in the video, as well as in the two photos that followed in the slideshow. One of his Virgin River co-stars, Mark Ghanimé (who plays Dr. Cameron Hayek in season 4) hopped into the comments to show his awe, but also to give a tip for his friend: “The flow! That hair is epic!!” Ghanimé said. “Also helmet, my friend!!”

Meanwhile, the official One Wheel Instagram account commented, “Let’s goooo!!”

We've seen the Grey's Anatomy actor show off his athletic prowess before. Back in July 2022, Henderson posted a video of himself water skiing during some time off from filming for Virgin River season 5.

Speaking of the hit Netflix series, we recently learned that the romantic drama will be returning to the streaming platform at some point this fall. However, we don't have an official release date for season 5 just yet (but Netflix did confirm that the show's already been renewed for season 6).

You're a man of many talents, Martin.
