We highly recommend you grab a tissue (or four), because Luke Perry’s daughter, Sophie, is giving us all the feels with her latest post.
Earlier this week, the proud daughter, 19, shared a slideshow on Instagram, featuring three photos from her childhood.
The first pic shows baby Sophie looking at the camera, while Perry admires his pride and joy. The second photo features young Sophie sitting next to her dad, followed by a snap of the father-daughter duo singing into a battery-powered microphone.
Sophie simply captioned the post, “I love you.”
Back in March, Perry tragically passed away at age 52 after suffering a massive stroke. One month later, Sophie revealed that she finished building a school in Malawi, Africa—a project that was delayed due to her father’s death. She announced the news on Instagram, thanking fans for their support and then confirming the facility will be named after the one and only Luke Perry.
“Thank you to everybody who donated to help with our projects! Our first school is finished, and I can’t tell you how proud and excited I am to see it open on Wednesday,” she wrote. “Thank you to my amazing partner Ruben for everything. Especially for fighting to name the school after my dad.”
