Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest just wore matching outfits on Live. (And no, this is not a drill.)
Ahead of today’s episode of the popular morning show, producers shared a behind-the-scenes video on the official Live with Kelly and Ryan Instagram account. It didn’t take long for us to notice that Ripa and Seacrest are twinning in coordinating ensembles.
The clip shows the co-hosts assuming their spots on the stage. While Ripa is wearing a cream-colored top paired with a black skirt, Seacrest opted for the same color scheme. Instead of the skirt (disappointing, we know), the American Idol host donned a pair of dark pants, along with a dark jacket and cream-colored shirt.
In another video (see below), Ripa shared specific details about her outfit, which featured a Ralph Lauren turtleneck, Roland Mouret skirt, Gianvito Rossi heels and Warby Parker glasses.
The news comes just one day after Ripa and Seacrest hosted a snow day episode on Live. Producers shared another BTS video on the show’s social media page, which features the All My Children alum showing off her dance moves ahead of the winter-themed installment.
The caption read, “It’s a snow day and we’re live!”
In the video, Ripa wore a bright ensemble consisting of a black-and-white polka dot top by Valentino and a pair of red pants by Saint Laurent. She completed the look with a pair of red pumps.
“By the way [the trousers] have a matching blazer,” she said in another video. “But the blazer—which I should have really brought in from home—the blazer is super long.”
Still, one question remains: Are Ripa and Seacrest’s coordinating outfits a coincidence? We highly doubt it.
