In her first-ever interview, Middleton, 63, shared her number one tip for staying organized over the holidays (which we assume she's had to perfect over the years to accommodate, ya know, the Queen of England).
Grandma Middleton swears by making lists, early. "I start planning Christmas soon after Halloween," she told The Telegraph. "I'm a big list-maker and I try to get everyone involved."
