While we were busy ogling over Kate Middleton’s date night shoes (and LBD) we may have missed one very important accessory—her earrings.
On Tuesday, Middleton and Prince William attended a special performance of Dear Evan Hansen at the Noël Coward Theatre in London. After the show, the duke and duchess met with members of the cast. Oh, and it was for a good cause—the performance of the Tony Award-winning musical, which opened on London’s West End last year, benefited The Royal Foundation.
For the event, the duchess opted to wear an Eponine dress and a pair of Romy Glitter Degrade Jimmy Choo pumps. She topped off her ensemble with an equally glittery clutch and voluminous blowout. However, Middleton was also sporting a very special item of jewelry—a borrowed pair of Queen Elizabeth’s diamond chandelier earrings. See the shiny accessory below.
This isn’t the first time the duchess has borrowed Her Majesty’s jewelry. In December, she wore Queen Elizabeth’s silver jubilee diamond and pearl earrings for the filming of the BBC One special A Berry Royal Christmas, where she and Prince William prepared an on-camera feast to reward charity workers and volunteers who are donating their time during the holidays.
