Kaley Cuoco Shares Rare Throwback Pic with Her Lookalike Sister on IG

Kaley Cuoco is serving up a dose of nostalgia in honor of her baby sister's birthday.

On Instagram, the Big Bang Theory alum wished Briana Cuoco a very happy 33rd birthday with a rare childhood snap and a sweet tribute. In the caption, she wrote, "Happy happy birthday to the best sister on planet earth! @bricuoco you are truly a magical human with so much to give. Everyone who knows you, adores you..NOONE makes me laugh harder! You have been there for me through every high and every low and I promise i will do the same for you..I love you to the moon and back again! This is your year!"

The black-and-white photo shows the 35-year-old actress as a kid, smiling directly at the camera in her floral shirt. Meanwhile, her sister is seen cuddling with their mom, Layne. In the comments, Briana responded, "I love you sister!!!"

Even with their different hair color, it's hard to miss their uncanny resemblance. But this isn't the first time the sisters made us do a double take.

Back in 2020, Kaley shared festive birthday tributes to her baby sis and, quite frankly, it's nearly impossible to tell them apart in their photos. In Kaley's initial post, she wrote, "You are so special to so many and I’m constantly in awe (and slightly jealous) of how cool you are!" And in the follow-up post, she simply wrote, "November birthday twins."

In an interesting twist of fate, the siblings not only look like twins, but also, their birthdays are just a day apart. Had we not known about their three-year gap, we'd have sworn that Briana and Kaley were actually born on the same day.
