In honor of her 40th birthday over the weekend, Joanna Gaines got a taste of what it’s like to be on the receiving end of a reveal.
The Fixer Upper star took to Instagram to share photos from the surprise birthday party her friends and family threw for her at the newly opened Magnolia Table restaurant, and it could practically pass as its own Pinterest board.
She captioned the post, “When your friends surprise you with lots of balloons, cake and yummy food and you step into your forties filled with gratitude for what has been and hope for what’s to come. Here’s to improving with age! #thisis40 #magnoliatable.”
The slideshow features everything from peach-colored balloon decor and a “nearly naked” dessert table to a sweet snapshot of the pregnant birthday girl posing with her husband, Chip; her mom, Nan Stevens; and her two sisters, Teresa Criswell and Mary Kay McCall.
After the party, Chip took to Twitter to celebrate the momentous occasion, writing, “Happy birthday sweet girl! #40neverLookedSoGood.”
