Jennifer Aniston Posts Extremely Rare Workout Video—Starring Her Dogs

While it can be hard to find the motivation to go to the gym, sometimes a workout is made better when you bring along a friend, and Jennifer Aniston certainly seems to live by this mantra.

The Morning Show actress just uploaded a rare video to Instagram, where she's seen trying to get a workout in (but her dogs get a *little* in the way). In the clip, Aniston performs criss-cross crunch exercises, as well as squats with her dumbbell. However, her pets—Clyde and Lord Chesterfield—are seen fighting over a toy and getting right up under Aniston's body as she tries to complete her workout.

Fans loved the rare look at Jen's workout routine and the chance to see her dogs too. One person commented, “Omg this video is perfect,” while another said, “THEY ARE SO CUTE,” with crying face emojis. Other users have seemingly been in similar situations, like one person who said, “So relatable! My cat does ‘yoga’ with me, he stretches on the floor next to me and gets in my way! He thinks he is part of it!”

We recently saw TV host Kelly Ripa dealing with the same thing while she tried to do a core workout during an at-home episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan. The 51-year-old star shared a photo to her account that featured her dogs, Chewie and Lena, who clearly did not want their mom to have any personal space while working out.

“Downward dog day #dogsofinstagram #lena #chewie [camera emoji]: @instasuelos,” Ripa said in the caption.

Aniston might be pairing her workouts with filming for her new movie, Murder Mystery 2, which she recently announced was in production by posting a surprise slideshow featuring her co-star, Adam Sandler.

If working out with your dogs is the new trend, we can certainly get on board with that.
