Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Surprising Secret Weapon

Jennifer Aniston is sharing the number one thing that keeps her motivated: her wellness routine.

The Morning Show star, 52, recently sat down for an exclusive interview with PureWow, where she discussed the importance of mental and physical health.

Aniston admitted that the coronavirus pandemic took a toll on her, both emotionally and physically. But since incorporating healthy habits into her daily routine, Aniston’s found that wellness has become her secret weapon.

“I truly see wellness as a foundation in my life,” Aniston told PureWow. “Not just physical wellness, but mental and emotional wellness, as well.”

Aniston used her free time during self-isolation to focus on her mental wellbeing. This included everything from staying active to welcoming a new dog into her family. (FYI: She already had two four-legged friends.) “I went back to work in October,” she said. “But prior to that, it was heaven to spend so much time at home with them.”

Aniston also discussed her all-new partnership with Vital Proteins, where she serves as CCO (Chief Creative Officer). “When the Vital Proteins team approached me to join as Chief Creative Officer, it was an easy decision because I love the product,” she said. “I have incorporated Vital Proteins into my daily wellness regime since 2014, when my doctor told me about it.
