Aniston used her free time during self-isolation to focus on her mental wellbeing. This included everything from staying active to welcoming a new dog into her family. (FYI: She already had two four-legged friends.) “I went back to work in October,” she said. “But prior to that, it was heaven to spend so much time at home with them.”
Aniston also discussed her all-new partnership with Vital Proteins, where she serves as CCO (Chief Creative Officer). “When the Vital Proteins team approached me to join as Chief Creative Officer, it was an easy decision because I love the product,” she said. “I have incorporated Vital Proteins into my daily wellness regime since 2014, when my doctor told me about it. After a few months, I noticed such a difference in my workouts, how my joints felt and the overall look of my hair, skin and nails.”
She continued, “With the extensive line of Vital Proteins products, you can really choose the best way to incorporate it into your routine, and no matter what, I can say it will be simple and it will be easy to stick to.”
Cheers to prioritizing mental health!
