Ryan Seacrest Has a New Guest Co-Host Joining Him on ‘Live’ Today: Harry Connick Jr.

Move over, Maria Menounos. There’s a new guest host sitting alongside Ryan Seacrest on today’s episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan and his name is Harry Connick Jr.

On Friday, producers shared a behind-the-scenes clip from the set of today’s installment of the hit series. In the clip, we see the 45-year old co-host and Connick Jr. making their way to their seats on the Live stage. Both men looked incredibly chic in dark suits and we also loved Seacrest’s addition of his black glasses. “@harryconnickjr is today’s guest co-host!” the caption read.

And it looks like fans and followers were just as excited (and surprised) to see the Will and Grace star join the hit morning show because the comments section quickly filled up with warm sentiments for the actor.

One user wrote “Harry!!! Good to see you! Great show. Ryan and Harry are a great way to start the day,” while another added, “I love Harry and Ryan cohosting. Natural and fun!”

On Monday and Tuesday, Menounos acted as a co-host while on Wednesday and Thursday actress Ali Wentworth joined the American Idol alum on the show. And this isn’t the first time Wentworth has been on Live. In fact, she joined Seacrest earlier this year during January 4th episode.
