The newest coffee trend we never knew we needed? Edible-glitter lattes.
Unlike the unicorn latte boom of early 2017, glitter lattes are more refined and understated. Sure, they’re sparkly and gold, and it looks like a fairy threw up in your mug, but they’re not rainbow-hued, and for that we are grateful.
The store behind this shimmering coffee concoction is Coffee by Di Bella, a Mumbai-based company brewing diamond and gold cappuccinos. Another is Melbourne in Lichfield, a coffee shop in the U.K. So far, they’re only available overseas, but we have a feeling you’ll be seeing them at a coffee shop near you in the not-too-distant future.
Call us the Grinch, but we’ll stick to our almond-milk cold brews (maybe even a dash of cinnamon if we’re feeling crazy), thank you very much.
