When it comes to fashion, it really is in the eye of the beholder. What works for one person’s style might not work for the next and vice versa. Even so, there are a few fashion rules that are widely considered faux pas. Some are pretty obvious, like wearing dirty or smelly clothes, ignoring the dress code or donning outdated trends. Another big one? Mixing different prints.

Well, that’s exactly what Demi Moore just did—and she pulled it off effortlessly.

The Substance star, 62, was one of the keynote speakers at the 2025 Forbes Power Women’s Summit, where she spoke candidly about aging, self-worth and the evolving role of women. Styled by Brad Goreski, she wore a Pre-Fall 2025 Saint Laurent look that pushed those fashion boundaries.

Demi's outfit featured a single-breasted, one-button jacket made of certified wool, with a notched collar in a bold multicolored plaid print. She paired it with midi-length, mid-rise skort culottes that featured slash pockets and showcased the same plaid pattern, just in a few shades lighter.

Underneath, the actress kept it classic with a white blouse and she completed the look with tan Saint Laurent Vendôme slingback pumps and a matching YSL bag.

According to traditional fashion “rules,” the mixed-print ensemble shouldn’t have worked but on Demi, it totally did.

She later posted photos of herself in the look (along with a cute pup) to Instagram, writing, “A New York minute! It was an honor to speak at the @forbes Power Women’s Summit yesterday.”

Of course, it’s no surprise Demi stepped out looking this good. Remember when she wore another gorgeous suit back in May for a ballet outing and who could forget her iconic Oscars moment, where she was literally dripping in diamonds?

Whether it's red carpet glamour or mixing prints at a summit, one thing’s for sure: Demi Moore keeps slaying.
