Luna Simone is already preparing for her baby sister (or brother) to arrive. The 4-year-old just helped Chrissy Teigen’s doctor perform a sonogram during her mother’s ultrasound appointment.
On Monday, the cookbook author posted a sweet video, taken by her hubby John Legend, from a recent visit to the doctor. In the clip, the eldest child of the “All of Me” singer and Teigen assists the doctor by moving the transducer across her mom’s pregnant belly.
The 34-year-old model captioned the post, “On weekends we freak out! Before I’m able to start feeling the kicks, the anxiety gets the best of me and any little bits of spotting or pain freak me ouuuuuut. one day I swear I’ll buy one of these machines but by then I’ll be all done with having monsters! But as my little Luna embarks on her very first sleepover tonight, another little one makes some big growth moves of their own. all is well.” While many fans were thrilled to see Teigen's sonogram, several pointed out that she not only scheduled a non-essential appointment during this time of social distancing, but she wasn't wearing a mask.
The couple announced last month that they are expecting their third child together, by releasing the music video for Legend’s new single, “Wild,” featuring footage of the whole family on vacation. And while we were enjoying the scenic visuals, it was the last few seconds that really caught our attention when the actress showed off her growing baby bump.
Teigen confirmed the news the same day, by retweeting the video alongside the caption, “@johnlegend and @chrissyteigen drive us "Wild" in the heartfelt visuals for John's latest song with @garyclarkjr! Be sure to watch it now for a beautiful surprise!”
We know one thing’s for sure, that baby is going to have two pretty cool older siblings.
