Bruce Willis’s oldest daughter, Rumer Willis, 34, is clearly trying to tug at our heartstrings with a never-before-seen photo of her dad holding his newborn granddaughter, Louetta Isley Thomas Willis, in a special appreciation post on Father’s Day

The first photo included in the IG slideshow shows the Die Hard alum holding baby Louetta in his arms while standing next to a swimming pool in the backyard.

Bruce (who is facing away from the camera) is wearing a black baseball cap with a plaid shirt and black slacks. Meanwhile, Rumer’s newborn daughter, Louetta, is sporting a light blue dress covered in a flower print design.

In the second slide, Rumer, Bruce and baby Louetta pose for a picture together. While Rumer is holding her newborn, Louetta is staring up at her granddad.

In the caption, the new mom wrote, “Fathers to the old and new. Seeing my father hold my daughter today was something I will treasure for the rest of my life.”

Rumer continued, “His sweetness and love for her was so pure and beautiful. Papa, I’m so lucky to have you and so is Lou. Thank you for being the silliest, most loving, coolest Daddio a girl could ask for. Best Girl Dad in the game….”

The House Bunny star also took a moment to celebrate her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, 28, on his first Father’s Day. Back in April, the couple welcomed their first child together and shared the news by posting a first glimpse photo on Instagram.

“Louetta Isley Thomas Willis [star emoji] You are pure magic. [leaf emoji] Born at home on Tuesday, April 18th,” she wrote in the caption. “You are more than we ever dreamed of.”

We love these pics.
