Beyoncé Stunned Fans with Surprise Appearance Alongside Taylor Swift Yesterday (& Tay Called it ‘an Actual Fairytale’)

Women supporting women is something we never get tired of seeing. Case in point: yesterday’s Taylor Swift/Beyoncé love fest.

On Wednesday, October 11, Taylor Swift attended the world premiere of her “Eras Tour” concert movie in Los Angeles, California.

Some of the biggest names in Hollywood came to show their support for the film’s debut, including Beyoncé (aka the Queen Bey) herself. Swift and Bey posed for a few snaps together on the red carpet before heading into the theater to watch the new documentary, titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.

Swift, per Entertainment Tonight, rocked a baby blue floral Oscar de la Renta gown for the occasion, while the “Lemonade” singer served futuristic realness with a metallic corset top, an all-black body suit and a matching pair of shades.

But, their time together didn’t end there. After the premiere, Swift shared an IG video of herself sitting next to Bey in the movie theater. In the boomerang clip, Beyoncé, 42, playfully throws a handful of popcorn at the screen while Swift, 33, eats a piece beside her.

In the caption, the “Cruel Summer” singer thanked the Queen Bee for coming out to show her support. “I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence. The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale.”

This surprise appearance comes after Beyoncé recently wrapped up her Renaissance World Tour. It was recently announced that her concert documentary, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, will be coming to the big screen too. (Preorder tickets here.)

Be sure to mark your calendars, BeyHive, because the film hits theaters on December 1, 2023.

So can we expect a Taylor appearance at Beyoncé’s premiere as well?! Certainly seems likely.
