Just because Ariana Grande is a Grammy Award-winning artist doesn’t mean she’s too cool to act like a tourist.
Yesterday, the 28-year-old singer posted a slideshow on her personal Instagram account, documenting her honeymoon to Amsterdam with her new husband, Dalton Gomez.
The slideshow is filled with multiple scenery pictures that were taken during the trip, along with videos of creatures—like swans and ladybugs—they encountered along the way.
Of course, both newlyweds make small cameos in the photo dump. While Grande is shown in a train selfie, Gomez can be seen in an aerial shot, which was seemingly taken from a loft. There’s also a pic of the couple sitting in a massive pair of wooden clogs (natch).
Grande captioned the post with two emojis—a snail and a waffle—which represent their Netherlands destination.
Fans filled the comments section with congratulatory remarks. One follower wrote, “I hope you’re having fun. You deserve it.” Another added, “This is what happiness looks like!”
So, who is Dalton Gomez? He’s a luxury real estate agent who works with top tier names—like Grande—to find them new homes. They started dating back in January 2020 and immediately hit it off. (Grande wrote several songs about him on her latest album, “Positions.”) In December of that same year, Gomez proposed to her with a stunning ring, which features a pearl and a diamond.
The singer celebrated the engagement on Instagram, where she shared several never-before-seen photos of herself wearing a massive ring on that finger. She wrote, “forever n then some.”
