Mr. Jingles Goes Head-to-Head with The Night Stalker in Next Week’s ‘AHS: 1984’

If last night’s episode of American Horror Story: 1984 left you on the edge of your seat, just wait until you see the promo for next week’s installment.

After the popular anthology series aired on FX yesterday, the network debuted an all-new teaser featuring never-before-seen scenes from episode four.

The clip opens on a flashback of Montana (Billie Lourd) confronting The Night Stalker (Zach Villa), who is enrolled in her aerobics class and isn’t living up to standards.

“Hey Rambo, my class isn’t for poseurs,” Montana says. “This is aerobics…it’s serious.”

What happens next is a montage of scenes confirming The Night Stalker finally comes face-to-face with Mr. Jingles (John Carroll Lynch). Mr. Jingles also pays a visit to his former victim, Margaret (Leslie Grossman).

We’re admittedly excited about episode four, since we’ve been waiting for Mr. Jingles to face off against The Night Stalker since the show first premiered. However, we’re also very curious to understand the origins of Montana’s relationship with The Night Stalker, which apparently started long before Camp Redwood.

We first learned of the twist during last night’s episode, when The Night Stalker backed Montana into a corner. After he ran his knife along her cheek, Montana pulled him in for a make-out session and said, “Why the hell haven’t you killed her yet?”

Although we don’t know exactly what she’s talking about, we hope next week’s episode has our answer. American Horror Story: 1984 returns to FX next Wednesday, October 9, at 10 p.m.
