We have seen so many talented individuals grace our TV screens and host the Emmy Awards. This year, Saturday Night Live star Kenan Thompson hosted the awards ceremony and made us all laugh on the one of biggest nights on television. And now, a certain Abbott Elementary star is eyeing the hosting position for 2023.

This year, we all watched actress Sheryl Lee Ralph give an impactful speech and take home her first-ever gold statue for her role as Barbara Howard in the breakout comedy series. And the Emmy winner already has another dream job on her bucket list.

Earlier this month, the actress made a special appearance at Vulture Festival and chatted with Into It host Sam Sanders about her historic Emmy win.

During the conversation, Sanders revealed that Ralph “saved” the Emmys with her powerful acceptance speech. And the Moesha alum shared how she can even top that moment. “I’d like to host the Emmys,” she said, before singing “There’s No Business Like Show Business.”
