The Emmy-nominated actor captioned the video with "Hello old friend." In it, we see a bearded Jesse Pinkman (scarred and broken from being in captivity) return to the face we remember with a fresh cut and a hunger for vengeance. The clip follows Jesse getting into old habits, while also being a wanted man. Only music plays throughout, but even without a lot of dialogue, we're pretty sure it's not going to be an easy journey.
Viewers can start putting the movie's plot pieces together from the first few trailers, from Skinny Pete being interrogated about Jesse's whereabouts to Pinkman's dramatic escape in an El Camino. This teaser gives us a closer look into his return to reality. The official movie synopsis doesn't give us much more insight though: "In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future."
The teaser ends with a chilling voice saying, "You ready?" and Pinkman replying, "Yeah." And honestly, we are so ready, too.
The movie premieres on Netflix on October 11 with a second window on AMC. That's just over two weeks away, so we'll be watching happy things in the meantime.
