No kitchen is complete without a trendy Le Creuset French Oven—aside from looking great on your counter, it’s key to surviving this frigid winter, thanks to its ability to make large-batch soups and perfectly braised meat. While the household staple comes with a hefty price tag, Amazon is currently offering major discounts on the brand’s Signature Collection for a limited time only.

That’s right, the Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast-Iron French Oven is currently on sale for $385. (That’s more than $115 off, people.) The pot, which is also known as a Dutch Oven, can withstand temperatures of up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can sear a roast before slow-cooking it, all in the same vessel. The colorful exterior is enameled to the cast-iron, so you don’t have to worry about it chipping or cracking under pressure. (And, because it’s made of cast iron, it heats evenly, so you don’t have to worry about parts of your meal getting scorched.)

The French Oven comes in 12 different color options, including Caribbean (aqua), Cherry (bright red), Dune (tan), Flame (orangish-red), Indigo (dark blue), Marine (bluish-green), Marseille (bright blue) Meringue (off-white), Oyster (charcoal), Provence (lavender), Soleil (yellow) and Truffle (dark brown). Fun fact: Each one is handcrafted in the Le Creuset factory, which is located in a small French village, Fresnoy-Le-Grand.

As if all that weren’t enough, need we tell you that the Barefoot Contessa herself, Ina Garten, is a fan of the company’s cookware? If you need us, we’ll be stocking up on the Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast-Iron French Oven in every color of the rainbow.
