Fact: Our life would immediately improve if we never had to wash another dirty dish. While we can’t promise you a lifetime of mess-less bliss, we can offer up this week’s lineup of seven one-pan dinners that will leave you with minimal cleanup. How does that sound for a compromise?

Pantry Ingredients: garlic powder, breadcrumbs, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, cayenne, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, dried oregano, honey, crushed red pepper flakes, maple syrup, brown sugar, sesame oil

Monday: One-pan Spaghetti And Meatballs

The meatballs brown in the same pan that the spaghetti is boiled in, so you won’t be left with a dozen sticky skillets and dirty pots to wash.

Tuesday: Sheet Pan Eggs With Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese And Dill

Breakfast for dinner is our love language. Save the leftovers for easy morning meals all week long.

Wednesday: Sheet-pan Chicken Shawarma With Lemon-tahini Drizzle

This dish is gluten- and grain-free as is, but feel free to pair it with toasted pita or saffron rice if you feel so inclined.

Thursday: Oven-roasted Sweet Potatoes With Crispy Chickpeas And Yogurt Sauce

Chickpeas go from tender and bean-y to crisp and bingeworthy after a short trip in the oven. Might we suggest making a double batch, so you have plenty left over for snacking?

Friday: Sheet-pan Lemon Butter Veggies And Sausage

We hope you like warm weather produce, because this rainbow beauty is loaded with radishes, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini and eggplant.

Saturday: Baking-sheet Pizza With Olives And Sun-dried Tomatoes

Not only will your baking sheet crisp the crust up beautifully, but the recipe also calls for three different cheeses. We repeat: three different cheeses.

Sunday: Sheet-pan Miso-glazed Fish With Broccoli And Coconut Rice

OK, so you’ll need to use one more saucepan to make the three-ingredient coconut rice. But we promise it’s so worth it: The rice boils in salted coconut milk instead of water for maximum flavor.
