Here’s What to Cook Every Night This Week (Sep 30-Oct 7)
3 lbs. chicken thighs
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 lb. salmon fillet
1 lb. flank steak

5 medium or large sweet potatoes

1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
¾ cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons dry sherry
